Linguistic Solutions is a successfully established company which has been providing linguistic services and developing language programmes for companies in Germany since 1998.
As a local company based in Herzogenaurach, run by Lisa Latham and Joaquín Moya Compés, since 2002 we have developed the language training programme at adidas AG, being responsible for the Language Coordination service within the Group & Development team at adidas HR.
We have been appointed as preferred provider of language training at many companies currently organizing language training for more than 300 employees in the Herzogenaurach/Nürnberg/Erlangen area. Furthermore, we have been selected to work together with other companies nationwide.
Among our customers are not only companies which are the Market Leaders in areas such us Sports, Engineering, Finance, IT, etc but also smaller growing companies who need our help to develop professional language training programmes for their employees and who require a broader Linguistic Solution.
We have access to the best and the latest business language training material due to our collaboration agreements with top publishers such as MacMillan, Pearson Longman and Cornelsen and therefore are able to bring state-of-the-art material and methodology to our trainings. We also support our community, assisting the local secondary school to develop a Business English program.

Meet The Founder
Lisa Latham
Managing DirectorLisa Latham was born in England in 1971 and grew up in Jersey, Channel Islands. She has a degree in Modern languages and has been a trained TEFL trainer since 1994.
Her experience includes being Head of language school, preparation for British Council accreditation, Business and language consultant, Cultural trainer and Human Resources.
Lisa has lived and worked in many countries including France, Spain, Chile and in addition to English she speaks fluent Spanish, French, German and has a command of Italian.
Lisa is married to Joaquín, has two children and has been living in Germany since 1998.
Joaquín Moya Compés
Head of StudiesJoaquín Moya Compés was born in Madrid, Spain in 1971.
He has a degree in Business Administration and has been a trained teacher of Spanish as a foreign language since 1997.His business background includes Sales, Marketing Communication, E-Marketing and Human Resources.
Joaquín is a qualified Mountaineering guide, Red Cross rescue swimmer and hobby musician.
Married to Lisa, with two children, he speaks Spanish, fluent German and English and has been living in Germany since 1998.
